ABOUT TURNX
Where we start
Many years ago, there is an urgent and important project, requiring one rotating platform capable of rotating 2 circles per minute with a diameter of 10000mm. The organizers consulted many manufacturers but couldn’t find a suitable supplier untill they found Engineer Luo. In order to complete the project, he teamed up with another electric engineer and consulted dozens of manufacturers of motors, support wheels, and other components, working few months continuously, and hundreds of designing adjustments, they finally completed a satisfactory rotating platform. After the project completed, the organizers were very grateful for their help and asked if he could help design other styles of platforms in the future, after carefully discussion with the team, the original Turnx team was born.
Problems during growth
In the very beginning, turnx focusd on the designing of few types rotating platform. As time went by, they got more and more different types of rotating platform, with different diameter, capacity, height, top surface, controls and speed, therefore, how to control quality, meet customer customization needs, and accelerate standardization of design and production became the first issue that Turnx needed to consider.
Turnx Team
After serious consideration, Turnx decided to set up three professional teams, including welding team, assembling team and maintenance team, every team will be trained along with engineers till they all skilled. This makes turnx have better control over the production process, improving quality, and reducing costs, providing customers cost-effective rotating platforms. On one hand, Turnx has been continuously optimizing product design to make production and installation easier and more convenient, on the other hand, the installation team continuously provided feedback on installation issues and customer feedback on product usage, both providing engineers with valuable design experience. Afterwards, Turnx’s products obtained ISO 9001 quality certification, European CE certification, and began its journey to global expansion.
The Persistence
Since its establishment, Turnx has been devoting to designing and R&D of rotating platforms, fully assisting customers in providing different rotating solutions. Gradually, more and more different models are designed and installed to provide customers with more choices. Currently, Turnx’s products have developed into four major series: car turntables, revolving stage, multi-ring turntables, and heavy-duty turntables, covering dozens of countries and serving thousands of projects. They are widely used in various fields such as car displays, rotating stages, concerts, car turning, and stage performances.
